Sessions are led by Jax from Relax Re-Energise Revive — a qualified aromatherapist, Crystal Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher with a passion for creating calm, nurturing wellbeing spaces.

With a gentle and grounded approach, Jax creates supportive sessions that encourage relaxation, reflection and emotional wellbeing in a way that feels accessible to everyone.
