1. Services & Wellbeing Sessions

 

 

All wellbeing services offered (including crystal Reiki, meditation, aromatherapy, and workshops) are intended to support relaxation and personal wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

 

You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

 

 

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings must be made via the website or agreed method

• Payment is required as stated at the time of booking

• Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of 1:1 sessions

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full

• Workshops and events may have specific cancellation policies which will be clearly stated at the time of booking

 

 

 

4. Products & Physical Items

• All physical products are described as accurately as possible

• Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to natural materials and screen settings

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted where items are faulty or damaged on arrival

 

 

 

5. Gift Cards & Workshops

• Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the stated timeframe

• Workshop places are transferable with prior agreement

 

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Relax Re-Energise Revive is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of services or products, except where required by law.
