Service Description
Menopause can sometimes feel confusing, isolating and difficult to explain—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Menopause, Cake & Conversation is a warm, relaxed monthly gathering where women can come together around The Menopause Table, share their experiences and offer one another understanding and support. There are no presentations, no judgement and no pressure to speak. Come exactly as you are, enjoy tea, coffee and homemade cake, and join the conversation whenever you feel comfortable. Whether you’re approaching perimenopause, right in the middle of it or reflecting on your experience afterwards, there is a place for you at the table. Please note that this is a peer-support and conversation group, not medical advice.

Cancellation Policy
Places are limited and full payment is required when booking. Bookings may be cancelled or moved to another available date up to 48 hours before the gathering. Cancellations made within 48 hours and non-attendance are non-refundable. If Relax Re-Energise Revive needs to cancel the gathering, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.
