Join me for a peaceful day of creativity, mindfulness and connection as you create your own hand-knotted crystal mala using intuitively chosen crystals.
Throughout the day you'll enjoy a guided meditation, learn the traditional knotting technique, discover the significance of the 108 beads, create your own handmade tassel and, at the end of the workshop, receive an intuitive reading of your completed mala.
A light vegan lunch, refreshments and a sweet treat are included.
No previous experience is needed – just bring yourself and enjoy a truly mindful day.
