Each fork carries a specific frequency which is introduced around the body to encourage relaxation, ease tension and support your natural energetic flow. This session offers space to slow down, settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself. Your 1-hour appointment includes: • A gentle consultation and intention setting • Approximately 40 minutes of tuning fork sound healing • Time to ground and reflect afterwards You may leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply relaxed.
